when i entered the world of gluten-free goodness i thought i would never have a good piece of toast again. for a year i went on believing that, since all my bread-baking attempts ended up crumbling between my fingers. i was so happy when my mother-in-law introduced me to
udi's whole grain bread. my hope was revived! it is BY FAR the best gluten-free bread i have ever eaten & now i eat it every single day.
